What data we process

When you send an enquiry through the form, we receive your name, email address and the text of your message. The same applies when you email us directly.

What we use it for

We use the data to reply to your enquiry and to assess whether we can take on your matter. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) and (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as they are needed for the reply and for any later relationship with you. If you become our client, the data is kept for the periods the law sets for legal practice.

Who else has access

Enquiries sent through the form are stored in Google Forms, a service of Google Ireland Limited. Emails pass through our domain provider's forwarding service and reach Gmail mailboxes. These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards set out in the Regulation. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Cookies

This site does not use cookies or visitor tracking tools. Fonts are served from our own site. The map link opens Google Maps, where Google's own terms apply.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection. To exercise these rights, write to office@tglegalpro.com.
